Each morning, ECHOS staff step onto the complex and pass construction crews hard at work. And each morning, as we pass these construction crews, excitement grows larger and larger! With the complex expansion now underway, we eagerly await what’s to come.
What progress has already been made in such a short amount of time! Within just two weeks, construction crews have “dug out” the lower level of the new building, preparing for what will be the new location for the Emergency Winter Shelter. We are all smiles here at Community Place on Washington (CPOW), seeing our community vision become a reality.
