Our purpose is to empower families and individuals experiencing housing instability and insufficient income in the Northwest region of Lancaster County.
About ECHOS
ECHOS serves Elizabethtown, Bainbridge, Rheems, Mount Joy, Maytown, and Marietta. The agency has a team of over fifteen staff who assist more than 800 households annually through ten programs, including housing stability programs, eviction prevention, emergency shelter, and information and resources.

ELIZABETHTOWN EMERGENCY SHELTER
ECHOS’ Emergency Shelter Programs provide clients an overnight stay in cases of urgent need.

FAMILY & INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Through our Family and Individual Supportive Services, our staff work diligently to connect individual and families with community resources and services.

EVICTION PREVENTION AND DIVERSION
Our trained staff take the necessary steps to help individuals and families obtain proper resources and care to keep them in their current residence.

HOUSING STABILITY PROGRAMS
Our staff use evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care to provide external supports such as advocacy and financial counseling.

JOB READINESS AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
All clients and community members have access to our Job Readiness and Workforce Development assistance offered through case management and our Enrichment Center.
